ZEMAVO – Advanced AI Book Production & Digital Publishing Platform

Acquire a substantial, transferable AI software platform with its own processing architecture, an existing digital book ecosystem, and 2,379 book records across 144 genres. ZEMAVO is not a pitch deck or a collection of AI prompts: its frontend, backend, database, multi-stage production workflows, and publishing interfaces have already been developed.

WHAT MAKES ZEMAVO DIFFERENT

At its core is StepState, an independently developed cumulative AI processing architecture. Instead of treating each request as an isolated prompt, StepState connects successive operations through an evolving overall state: previous state + new processing step = new overall state. It provides continuity between decisions, generated results, quality requirements, and later stages, with support for controlled refinement and resuming complex workflows. A separate technical architecture dossier is included in the sale.

The AI book production system covers the journey from initial concept to structured manuscript and visual presentation:

• Generates and compares alternative book concepts based on user requirements, genre, language, length, and writing preferences.
• Uses specialized Quality Reviewers for multidimensional evaluation, originality, structural consistency, and targeted refinement; diversity controls help avoid repetitive concepts.
• Applies a genre-sensitive Style Matrix and connected, chapter-based manuscript production.
• Includes integrated AI-powered cover production and quality checks for manuscript completeness and relevant factual content.

AN EXISTING DIGITAL PUBLISHING ECOSYSTEM

The PostgreSQL catalog holds 2,379 existing book records across 144 genres, with associated metadata, content, and visual assets at different completion stages. The catalog, classification structure, and assets already exist; the manuscripts are not all publication-ready. A defined next step is upgrading this inventory using the newer production and quality systems.

The platform also includes a graphical book catalog, search and detail pages, an integrated reader, personal libraries, marketplace infrastructure, wallet and entitlement components, subscription structures, referral functionality, user management, and multilingual support covering 17 language variants.

THREE PLANNED REVENUE CHANNELS

1. Digital book sales: individual purchases from the catalog, including personalized AI-generated books.
2. Subscriptions: recurring access to digital reading and AI-powered book services, supported by existing subscription structures.
3. Commercial publishing licenses: customers can purchase licensing rights for eligible AI-generated books and publish or sell their works on external publishing platforms or through publishers. ZEMAVO earns revenue from the licenses.

CLEAR EXPANSION ROADMAP

• Complete the commercial launch and bring existing catalog content up to the latest production standards.
• Add AI-narrated audiobooks and multilingual audio editions for individual sales and subscription access.
• Develop interactive books where reader decisions influence the story, with StepState as the underlying architectural foundation; potential premium purchases and subscriptions.
• Expand marketplace capabilities, including transaction processing and seller payouts.
• Make ZEMAVO available as an iOS and Android app for reading, book purchases, personalized AI book generation, and subscriptions.
• Integrate additional AI providers, optimize production costs, and explore StepState applications in educational content, documentation, and other structured AI workflows.

TECHNOLOGY, TRANSFER & STATUS

Built with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and Drizzle ORM, with AI integration interfaces. The software package has been independently restored: database restored, dependencies installed, builds completed, and the web application launched locally. The buyer receives transferable frontend/backend source code, database and eligible content assets, project materials, detailed product documentation, and the separate StepState architecture dossier.

ZEMAVO is pre-revenue and has not yet been publicly launched. Before public launch, the remaining steps include payment integration, independent user authentication, public hosting, and a few interface and branding adjustments.

The opportunity is to acquire a sizeable existing AI production and publishing foundation, with a differentiated processing architecture and several defined paths to commercialization, rather than build the entire platform from scratch.
